Promoted to Executive Director at JPMorgan

By

2 min read

My promotion to Executive Director at JPM was officially announced today (!!!).

What I feel most is: gratitude.

Something this big never happens alone. It's because of mentors who push, sponsors who speak up when you're not in the room, teammates and partners who trust your judgment when things are out of sorts, and leaders who make space for curiosity.

Good leadership is rarely loud, but sometimes it must be. It knows when to recede and when to step up. When to catch that stray and when to stand your ground.

Today, I feel like I made good choices more than I have learned the hard lessons!

This recognition is the result of everyone who challenged me, taught me, corrected me, believed in me… and even a few who underestimated me. Growth has a funny way of sorting things out.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. I carry all of it into what comes next and I will not let you down.

But wherever you are in your career journey: keep going.

I promise you, the good guys win.
