Art Looks Better When It's Naked

RAW.

UNADULTERATED.

UNTAMED.

The most honest art is the art that bares itself completely.

When we strip away pretense, when we remove the layers of what we think people want to see, what remains is truth.

And truth, however uncomfortable, is always more compelling than performance.

This is why I've always believed in showing up as myself. Not the polished version. Not the version that checks all the boxes. The real one.

The one who makes mistakes. The one who says the wrong thing sometimes. The one who is still figuring it out.

Because that's what art is, isn't it? An ongoing conversation between who we are and who we're becoming.

When you look at the artists who changed the world, they weren't the ones who played it safe. They were the ones who stripped away everything and said, "This is me. Take it or leave it."

And the world took it.

So maybe it's time to ask yourself: What would happen if you showed up naked? Not literally, of course. But what if you created without the armor? Without the protective layers?

What would your art look like then?
